I just love how Bebe sizes fit so well. For some reason- the sizes are cut for petite girls! LOVE THAT! This dress is XXS and fits like it was tailor made. The sleeves aren't too long and the waist and hips are snug but not too tight where it would be not work appropriate. The hem could be a little longer but being petite you can get a way with a little bit of a higher hemline. Any higher would not be good:)
Dress: Bebe silk ruffle dress in XXS
Shoes: Victoria Secret patent leather peep toes
The only complaint I have about this dress is that the silk is very thin so you definitely have to wear a nude cami underneath and the material easily snags so you have to be careful!!! Other than that- it's a great work dress that is fun and flirty :) I love the side pockets and the cute gray buttons on the cuff and middle ruffle area. Bebe dresses in XXS always fits me nicely.
What I love about this dress is that it looks like a 2 piece. And you can throw a cute black cardigan over it to change it up.

Petite Friendly Bebe Dresses that are cute for work:
Bebe dresses are expensive but in my opinion the quality is very nice. Most all my Bebe clothes have lasted me for years! The only downfall to Bebe items is that they are very trendy and you have to be very careful when selecting pieces. I always try to stick with plain and classic items so that way I can wear them for many seasons and years. I never pay full retail price because with all the coupons and sales- paying full price is a thing of the past. I refuse to pay full price for anything! I always wait until something goes on sale or if I have a coupon to use. The risk to waiting is that the small sizes always run out quickly so you have to be constantly checking :)
