Petite Fall Fashion Preview: My Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, BEBE and Aqua Picks

I didn’t have anything planned for today’s post so I thought I would talk about my picks for this Fall fashion collection! Is it almost really Fall? How is that even possible? Where did this Summer go? My picks are all very petite friendly and I hope you like them! Usually the really petite sizes go fast so I wanted to share with everyone what I like for Fall.  Here are Ann Taylor Petite picks:

And of course, here is the matching tweed skirt:
I am so curious to see the fit on this. I hope to see this on a petite soon!  I am so happy to see tweed is still in because I am still in love with my Theory Tweed suit which I can’t seem to get enough of and cannot wait to wear it again and again for Fall and Winter! I also like this deep aqua silk crepe blouse– it has the cute sleeves I like and is so feminine and pretty!

Even though Banana Republic hasn’t made me too happy recently, I am hoping they come out with some cute stuff for Fall. Here are some dresses that I know is petite friendly:
As you know, I love my sheath dresses and Banana Republic XXSP or 00P usually fit me well with little to no alterations so it’s worth the investment for me. This gray (love gray) is so versatile and I can see throwing a cute cardigan with a belt for a 2nd look.
I clearly cannot get enough ruffles! And Banana Republic petite sweaters fit me and I usually get a lot of wear out of all my BR cardigans! I highly recommend them! I also have my eye on this light wool pencil skirt in navy. They still have  00p and other tiny sizes left so hurry!
I am normally not a big “jacket” person but this one is super cute and it’s REAL leather. Bebe sizing runs extremely small- especially jackets. I usually have to size up!
Many of you have asked about several of my Bebe skirts (all which I love) and for some reason, I have really good luck with Bebe work skirts! They 00 or 0 fits me perfectly with no alterations! I also like this Herringbone skirt which is also perfect for Fall. I can see this with some knee high black boots and a cute blazer.  Depending on the cut or style, I usually wear a 00 but sometimes will have to size up to a 0 if it’s teeny weeny! If anyone is my size or smaller- I highly recommend Bebe skirts!

Last but not least, the Aqua cashmere (adult version) is back at Bloomingdales!! This comes in cream, black and gray cashmere. I MUST MUST have the gray one!!! I have it in the Girls version in both cream and black. I am told by the SA at Bloomingdales that it is supposed to come back in the Kid’s version this Fall so I will keep an eye out. I know several of you ladies are anxiously awaiting that!!! Make sure you follow me on Twitter so you can get my tweets!!

On a random note, I have been doing a major closet clean-out and am getting rid of  ton of clothes! Some have been only worn once and some even still have the tags on them!  I am thinking of a doing a blog sale…any thoughts on that? Hope everyone has a great start to the week!

  1. Really great picks!

You should totally do a sale! I think your items would be way to small on me, but I'm sure some of the other ladies would love to own pieces of your closet 😉

  2. Thanks for the bebe moto jacket recommendation. It's exactly what I have been looking for, now I am torn before the black and the medium gray. The medium gray looks better to me but I think the black is more practical.

  3. Oh that Bebe moto jacket is hot and the color! Love it!

Is it just me, or do those AT models look tired and haggard? LOL. The Bebe model and Aqua model in contrast are so bright faced in contrast!

  4. those are all great picks! i am in love with that moto jacket and the last dress, i think they'd look great on you! 🙂

  5. I love the pinstriped skirt and moto jacket. i love bebe when it fits…they're stuff is so fun, hip & sexy! im actually wearing a bebe dress today…speaking of….haha!

  6. So adorable! I love all of your picks!! I would love a blog sale, but please start it on the weekend so us working girls get to enjoy 😉

  7. I love the 1st jacket and the last dress SO much. I encourage you to do a blog sale – I'll definitely stop by.

  8. I like Bebe! I bought a leather jacket from them last year and I love wearing it! and lol I just bought another blazer yesterday… Awesome picks hun

  9. LOVE the Bebe Moto Leather Jacket!! I probably can't pull it off with my skin tone but it would be nice to have! xD btw I followed you back 😉

  10. I love all of your picks, 1st jacket and the last dress are awesome.
No other outerwear item matches the attitude and flexibility of a leather jacket. Perfect for every family member, the leather jacket can go with everything from jeans to cashmere and last for years. Take proper care by storing leather on a strong hanger coat hanger and wipe off spills and dirt immediately.

  11. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance”
between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say you
have done a great job with this. Additionally, the blog loads super quick for me on Internet explorer.
    Outstanding Blog!

  12. My spouse and I stumbled over here by a different web page and thought I
might as well check things out. I like what I see so now i’m following you.
Look forward to finding out about your web page
    yet again.

  13. Hello! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog
platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had
problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of
    a good platform.

  14. Howdy! I know this is kind of off topic but I
was wondering if you knew where I could get a captcha plugin for my comment form?
I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having problems finding one?
    Thanks a lot!
