Here’s another background- woohoo!!! Hopefully once I get my tripod, I can play around with different backdrops so no one gets bored with the same spot in my backyard!
It was quite early in the morning before work so I was really rushing! The jacket is a rosewood color but it looks tan in the pics. This jacket also comes in black and is not on sale for $69.99 PLUS an additional 30% off! Not bad for a jacket that fits this nicely.
It fits everywhere- shoulders, arms and waist! The length of the jacket is perfect for petites too! I wasn’t in love with this when I first saw it online and I believe other petite bloggers have tried this on too. But it just felt good when I put it on which is usually a good sign!
The skirt is actually cream in different lighting but it shows up a little on the whiter side in the pictures. What a difference a bracelet and necklace makes!
If anyone is wondering why I always have my hand in this position is because I cannot stand hair in my face..LOL

Wow I LOVE that jacket! So feminine and fitted. I tried on a similar looking one at H&M and will need opinions on whether to keep it or not.

I love how the ruffles add more femininity to the jacket š It's perfected fitted on you and gives the appearance of a higher waistline, perfect for us petites, hooray!
I actually had a post lined up to review the jacket in both rosewood and black, but now that you've done the review I decided to delete the post.
When I first saw the jacket online, it definitely looked promising. I ordered both colors with high hopes. However, once I saw the jacket in person, it was a no no for me.
I do like the fit of the jacket, but other than that I don't have anything else positive to say about it.
Prior to receiving them I thought I liked the ruched and ruffle details. However, upon closer inspection, these details actually make the jacket less desirable to me. I don't like the two layers. The ruched details are also difficult to iron. From what I have seen, the jacket does get wrinkle easily.
Despite all that, I'm glad you found the jacket work for you.

This jacket looks really good on you. Do you find the arm length to be ok even when you raise your hands? I just bought the petite twill military jacket online and found the arm length to be a tad small. I'm disappointed and will most likely send it back.
i really love how you coordinated the jewelry with this outfit! i honestly think the jacket looks better on you than on the model – it's a really girly petite fit. also i like how you matched the jacket with your shoes š can i say this is a perfect outfit?
I agree with Angie, your outfit looks so much better than the model! The color in the modeling picture looks more pinkish/rosy but it looks more taupey/nude in your pictures. What would you describe the color as?
