Petite Review: Petite Gap Legging Jeans (Jeggings)- Size 00P

The day has come everyone, I finally found a pair of jeans that fit me and they are not kids! It's truly a miracle! I had no hope for Gap jeans ever since I bought my gap cropped skinny jeans in 00P and that still is too big so I almost gave up forever until....I got these!
Tank: Forever 21 Grey Cami- size XS (buy HERE)
Jacket: BCBG Blazer (Nordies Rack)- size 2 (runs tiny)
Jeans: Petite Gap Legging Jeans- size 00p (buy HERE)
Shoes: Aldo Grey Leather Pumps- size 5/35 (similar HERE)
Ever since I saw these on CurlsAndPearls,  PetiteXXS and ExtraPetite (who else am I missing?)- I knew there had to be hope for me. They all looked fabulous in them! So I decided to take advantage of the sale last weekend when they had 40% in-stores.  I lucked out and was able to order them at the store- total came out to about $41. That is way more than I normally spend on jeans granted I coughed at $19.95 for my H & M Girls jeans. Yes I am cheap only when it comes to jeans!
I wanted to show how it looks with several different tops:) Here is me with my Loft flutter sleeve top and LOFT scarf:
Here is my review:
FIT:  For reference, I fried the jeans after trying them on because there was a tiny gap in the back of the waist. Laying flat: the waist measures 12.5" and the inseam is 27.5". After frying them in the dryer on high heat, the gap in the back went away so woohoo!!! The fit is fantastic!!! What I love most about it is the inseam- it's perfect for someone who is my height (5") or close to it. I love to wear pumps with my jeans so this works perfectly. You can even pair it with flats and it still would work.  Being that they are "JEGGINGS"-  I was very hesitant because I have never been a fan of the whole jeggings idea but these look and feel like REAL jeans (with pockets- no faux anything) which is a BIG plus.
Here is me pairing it with LOFT v-neck drape top and LOFT scarf.
BUTT: I have a thing with jeans and how it makes the butt look. It has to have a good butt otherwise regardless of the fit, this can make or break it for me. I think this fits my butt and doesn't make it look all weird. It passes!
FABRIC: As soon as I opened up my package- well I almost ripped them since I was cutting the bag so fast with scissors because I was that excited..LOL I instantly was happy with how it felt in my hands, was so incredibly soft. When I put it on, it wasn't SKIN tight- which I cannot stand. It just felt and fit really nicely on. It's lightweight so it's much more comfortable than regular jeans. It's very stretchy so it feels great even after nuking it in the dryer!
Here is my new Vince cashmere cardigan- size XS and in plum/cranberry. It fits soo nicely and feels divine!
COLOR: This is in the dark faded wash which isn't as dark as I prefer but being that I have my H & M super dark skinny jeans, this worked out kind of nicely. The one thing I don't like is the crotch area and pockets- I hate those lines but I guess I can get over that since they fit.
PRICE: Regular price is $69.50 and there is NO way I would ever pay full price so luckily I got them at 40% off so total came to about $41 and free shipping. Not bad! I would wait for a 30% or 40% before getting these.
VERDICT: Totally keeping and even bought a back-up pair and the true black wash in 00p. I wanted to get the faded gray and faded black but they are completely sold out of 00P:)
I wore these last night out to dinner with hubby and after a few hours, the butt stretched out which is the same thing that happened to my GAP cropped skinny jeans - still available and only $24.99 (also in 00P) that are too big on me. Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with this? I am excited to get my true black pair and see how that will turn out. Stay tuned for that post!

What do you guys think about the fit?
