Stylish Petite | Fashion, Reviews and Petite Style: Theory "Fabion" and Theory "Kamalie" Blazer in 00

Shopping at Nordstrom Rack tends to be quite chaotic and I have to be in the mood to really "dig" otherwise I just end up getting frustrated about the chaos. I did manage to scoop 2 Theory blazers up recently - both in 00. They were on the spendy side compared to the outlet sale prices but I just got so excited anytime I see a 00 and just get it just to have it. Here is the Theory "Fabion" Blazer:

Blazer: Theory "Fabion" Jacket- size 00 (similar HERE)

Top: LOFT V-neck Top with Front Draping- size XXSP (buy HERE)

Skirt: Bebe Cream Skirt- Size 00

Pumps: Ann Taylor Porcini Pumps- size 5 (Walrus Color HERE)

Necklace: Grey 3 tiered pearls

Everything fit but the sleeves. I had to tuck them up about 3-4 inches. Will definitely have to get them shortened. Not sure why some Theory blazer sleeves fit perfectly while others are like a mile long.

I love this dark cobble color. It's a mix of dark blue and grey which I have nothing like this in my closet and I found it in a 00? How can I resist?

Typcially, I don't like short lapels or the buttons to sit so high on the jacket but I think I can get away with this....or am I just delusional?

The length is just right, not too long and it's not cropped so I can wear it with different skirts.

This blazer was on sale for $149- a bit on the spendy side so I am torn on whether or not to keep it. It fits nice but will need sleeve alterations.

I was pleasantly surprised how well it paired with my LOFT v-neck drape top!

Below is with the jacket button- definitely don't like it buttoned up- looks weird and manly....plus it hids my draping detail on my top!

Is this blazer too masculine for me? I am so undecided!

Here is this jacket paired with a dark Bebe tweed skirt.

Which color combo do you think looks better? Since the weather was nice, I chose the lighter skirt but I think it can go both ways..thoughts?

Yes this is more of a Spring outfit but for the purpose of this post- had to pair the blazer with something...this was the first thing I though of:)

This jacket was ~~$415~~ on sale for $129- and needs no alterations.....sleeves and everything fit very nicely. It would look good with skinny jeans too...keep?
