Biker Chic: Bebe Grey Moto Leather Jacket- Size XS

Besides jeans and pants, jackets falls in that category of almost impossible. I have been on the hunt for a leather moto jacket but nothing seems to be just right. Every jacket I try on, the sleeves are way too long.  On Black Friday weekend, Bebe had their sale so I decided to pull the trigger. This jacket was not supposed to have an additonal 25% off because it was already marked down to $119 but for some reason when I added to my cart, it took 25% off so I felt like I hit the freaking jackpot!!! Total with tax came to $89. Not bad for real leather right?

Ever since hubby and I honeymooned in Italy for 3 weeks about 2  years ago, we have fallen in love with the Italian lifestyle and everything Italian! Hubby got rid of his motorcycle years ago and since we have been married and I don't want to be a widow, I won't allow another motorcycle but did allow him to get a scooter. It's not a tiny scooter- it's freeway legal but we only take on local streets. So I have been on the hunt for  a cute jacket to wear when we go scootin'! Yes I am a dork!!!

So it looks like this jacket sort of fits right? Well this is with the sleeves rolled up about 5"!
Hubby still thinks even if the sleeves are hemmed, the rest of the jacket still is too big...I think it fits...what do you guys think?
I love the color and the leather is like butter leather! So soft and supple!!! The only negative thing is that the bottom has parts of elastic band...I wish it didn't have that.
Don't laugh but these are my new Fendi sunglasses I got on Black Friday weekend. Hubby was determined to get them for me- not sure why. I think they are silly!
He loved the khaki color and said it looked nice with my LV...oh hubby!! Still undecided on these Fendi sunnie's!
I am officially obsessed with these GAP legging jeans! I have worn them almost every weekend! I found some H & M adult super squin jeans for $10 which fit even better than these! FYI- the smallest adult H & M jeans they carry are 24's and they are HUGE. These are super squin's so they are way cut much smaller. The waist measures a little under 12" laying flat!  I have to get the bottoms taken up but I was shocked! I measured and they are as small as my H & M girls jeans!
I love the style of this jacket. I am really picky about moto jackets. They have to be just the right style otherwise it's just too hard core for me. This has just the right amount of zippers and detailing. I think I am talking myself into keeping this jacket! LOL
So here it is with the real length of the sleeves! Is that insane or what? Who is this petite with arms that long? I would love to meet her! LOL So I can get rid of the sleeve zipper and just hem it past that. I don't care for the sleeve zippers. 
My tailor says it will cost between $30-40 to take up the sleeves because it's leather! OUCH. But then it would bring the total to $129 worse case. Not bad for leather right?

What do I do? I have scoured the internet and stores and no cute moto jackets that are real leather that even come close to $89!  Keep and alter sleeves? Or return and cut my losses? This jacket is completely sold out online...what do I do??? HELP!
