October Must Haves
Happy October everyone! I know I normally do Lust vs. Must haves but this month, I wanted to do just some items that I think are must haves. I have always wanted a J.Crew coat, my sister swears by them and this is one that I think is so pretty!

Lookbook: Bebe Belted Blazer
You can never go wrong with a simple black blazer for work. I know black is boring but sometimes when you just have nothing to wear, I love to resort to this Bebe belted black blazer and simple pencil skirt.

This is totally random, but I think that plant behind me is dying and needs to be watered or thrown away...LOL This blazer is about 2-3 years old but I absolutely love it. It fits like a glove and the belt is so adorable! The print is actually tiny polka-dots but they are so small, I couldn't capture it on camera.
I added a purple cami just for some color so it doesn't look like I am going to a funeral.... If anyone is in need of cami's- my go to cami's are from F21. They are only a few bucks and they are thin and come in XS which fit really nicely to layer with.
I am a big fan of Bebe blazers because the cut is so tiny and is very petite friendly! I am loving this black embellished boucle jacket! The length and sleeves are so perfect! Also the pinstriped jacket is now on sale from the petite line!
I think that if I wasn't in the line of work that I am, my closet would be totally bare. I love that I am forced to wear nice clothes because it gives me an excuse to shop and have nice things- otherwise I couldn't get myself to spend the money. What is your go to outfit for work?

Shoes: Do They Make The Outfit?
It's amazing how different an outfit looks with different pairs of shoes. I was just playing around with some of my old shoes to see if it really could change an outfit and omg- I couldn't believe it!!! It's so important to find the right pair of shoes! It's scary to think I could have been walking around before with the wrong shoes! Here is look #1 with peep toe leather booties:

This is my least favorite shoes with this dress. It does NOT work and makes my legs look shorter than they already are! And it just changes the look of the dress- which by the way is much cuter in person! These shoes make me look just strange! It's another one of those, what was I thinking when I bought them last Fall at Nordstrom's Rack.

Petite Tailoring: Alterations On LOFT 100% Silk Skirt
I have been waiting and waiting to get my two LOFT silk drape skirts tailored. It's been so long! I finally had time to go to my tailor and boy was it expensive! For 2 skirts and 2 pairs of pants, I almost fainted at the price! The tailoring was more than what the items cost! The price we have to pay to be petite. I got both of these skirts for $9.88 on final sale during LOFT's massive sale awhile back. I scooped up both in a 00P for such an amazing price so even after alteration costs, it comes out to be about $40 per skirt. Not bad for 100% silk.

Petite Review: LOFT Meets Cashmere
When I first saw this dress online, I thought nothing of it. It actually looks ugly at first glance. Then I saw it in-store and for some reason felt compelled to get it w/out trying it on because I was in a big rush (as always). So here is what it looks like with my Aqua cashmere bolero:

Skinny Jeans Tucked In Slouchy Brown Suede Boots
In the spirit of Fall, I busted out my slouchy brown suede boots from Nordstrom's. Being petite, finding boots falls under the same category as my journey for pants or petite denim- almost near impossible. I have managed to find a few pair of leather and suede boots that the shaft height doesn't overwhelm my short legs and also the calf area is not so wide that there is a huge gap.

Blog Sale Is Finally Up!

My blog sale has been under construction for quite some time now and after gaging the interest, I finally had some time to post some pics! I have TONS more cute stuff lined up but just need to take the pics and write the description. Just to let everyone know, all my items come from a pet and smoke free home. All my clothes are very carefully cared for- since I have somewhat OCD about my things :) All items are described as detailed as possible and none of which have any blemishes, stains, and most are either worn once or twice or is brand new with the tags still attached. H & M Petite Friendly Fun Dresses

Bebe Fitting Room Finds
I hope everyone found some goodies this weekend! It's not over yet so I wanted to post some goodies I tried on at Bebe and H & M that some of you ladies may be interested in! Up first is the Bebe fitting room. I've been finding myself a little bored of all the same brands and styles so I wanted to make it a point to try on different stuff that I normally wouldn't buy just for fun! Here is a washed silk cami ruffle dress in XS:
I normally wear an XXS in Bebe dresses but they only had an XS in-store. It fit very comfortably and the straps are adjustable!
Comes in revolutionary rose and mocha color....I prefer the pink!
I loved loved everything about this dress and was ALMOST going to buy it but I want to wait for a coupon! The risk to that is that the tiny sizes will sell out and you will have to hunt one down.

Lookbook: Peaches for under $50 and Tiny Skirt Alert
Sorry I have been MIA for the past several days....just got back from visiting my family in the Midwest!!! If I haven't responded to emails or post questions, I will tomorrow!!:) I was really excited to shop at different places other than where I live. Tiny skirt alert!! This skirt runs really small! It fits me perfectly but I could have sized up if I wanted to. I like how fitted it is and the waist fit snug without being too tight. It's hard to tell by the lighting but the outfit is PEACH. The skirt has a really pretty texture which you will see a close-up of!
