Petite Friendly Shoes and Giveaway!

**This giveaway is now closed!**

I come from a family of small feet. My mom has a size 4-4.5, two of my sisters have a size 2-3 and there’s only one other sister that has a size 5 foot like me. I definitely feel blessed that I even have a size 5 but it’s a small size 5..so it’s still very difficult for me to find shoes that fit properly.  Finding work pumps to wear to work is one challenge but to find “fun shoes” to wear on weekends is another feat. I wanted to introduce you to Alonai which specializes in petite and big feet.

They were kind enough to send me these adorable nude peep toe wedge sandals to sample and review for you.  I first ordered a size 5 but upon arrival, they were too big for me. No fault on the Alonai, my feet are probably more like a 4.5. So they sent me out a size 4 and they fit perfectly!

I usually can’t wear wedge sandals like this w/out a strap to hold my feet in but the size 4 fits perfectly and no slippage! YAY!

I wore these for several hours w/out my feet hurting so definitely will be wearing these on the weekends shopping!

And they look super cute with jeans too! I’m wearing my all time fav GAP legging jeans in 00P (dark faded wash) and an old Forever 21 lace trim top.

  1. Just found your blog, these are SO cute. I've always hated having size 9 feet but my cousin is a size 4.5 and it is really so hard for her to find shoes. I'll have to recommend this site to her. Great post. I love your blog

  2. My Momma has size 5 feet too! Must be a Viet thing! lol jk

I didn't know you had so many sisters! It must be so fun. I only have one younger sister and we share a 7 1/2.

  3. Those shoes are super cute and it's great that you can find shoes that fit! I have regular sized feet but they tend to be kind of wide…I blame it on all the ballet classes I had to take when I was younger. =P

  4. Can you be any more adorable? I love your jeans outfit. Those shoes are compliment the look perfectly!

  5. Its so nice of you to ship to international readers out of your own pocket! Very thoughtful! The shoes are perfect for summer!

  6. You look wonderfully fresh and chic – the wedges are just fantastic – perfect for Spring/Summer!
I'm so sad these cost $45 to ship to England otherwise I would order a pair in a heartbeat.

  7. Great giveaway! Thanks for letting us know about Alonai! I'm a size 5 🙂

  8. I think it's a litte disappointing that a petite-friendly brand makes shoes that run big! you had to size down to get the perfect fit 🙁

  9. Those are really cute shoes! I'm going to go and check out their site. Thank you for hosting this giveaway.
