I love the color, ruching detail  and length of this skirt but it does have it’s issues.  It’s a knit material so it makes it hard to tuck in shirts and panty lines are an issue in the back.  I have to invest in some spanks or something to avoid this problem in the future. Luckily the blouse is super thin that it didn’t add to much bulk when tucked in.  I don’t have anything in this color or style and it was on sale for $14.95 (reg. price was $24.95) plus 35% off for a grand total of $9.71.

Polish: Revlon Minted (buy HERE)
Necklace: Loft {old} (similar HERE or HERE)
Unfortunately the knit material is also wrinkle prone- especially in the back:( You can see it in the picture below- gasp!

All in all, I do like the style and the length is work appropriate.

H&MBag
I found this lonely orange striped travel bag that can double as a beach bag. I’ve never seen it before and it was the only one on the rack. It’s a great size and is quite sturdy with two handles and a longer strap. I didn’t think it was a bad price for $25 (after 35% off).  I will be definitely using it next time I travel. I like to put my purse inside another bag to protect it from going through the airport belt/scanner.
I have been trying to search for this lace sheath dress (left pic) with no luck and  instead found a similar skirt version from the Conscious Collection for only $10 (after my coupon):
H&MLaceSkirt
Has anyone seen this lace sheath dress? I’m not sure if it’s from the Conscious Collection or not but it’s very similar to the lace skirt. Please do share if you have seen this. I am looking for a size 2! The fit of the skirt is a bit wide in the hips and the lining underneath tends to stick out longer than the lace. Other than that, I love the color and can’t resist a pretty lace skirt – especially for only $10.
What did you score this past weekend?

  1. I love the skirt and bag!

As far as the dress goes: Could it be more of a print than actual lace? If you look at the bust near the arm hole, the material looks absolutely flat.

Oh how I wish we had an H&M here!

  2. It is printed and not actual lace overlay. I haven't seen the sheath, but I've seen a flared version of the dress.

  3. Lovely array of blue here with the Navy blue blouse and the aqua blue skirt. Blue is, of course, my favorite color. So I love this look already. 🙂 Anyhow, you look as fabulous as you always do. The necklace (or necklaces?) is/are gorgeous along with the chic sunglasses. Great looks, Annie. Your Annie allure amazes again.

  4. Wow! I love them all! I think my biggest score is Alexander Wang sandal that I bought on the outnet… it was from $555 to &250 sales and I couldn't resist. LOL If it was the original price of $555, I would definitely not buy it, even though it's a true beauty… I just won't be able to afford it, but $250!? haha I'm waiting for it patiently to come at my door!!

And I love your outfit. H&M skirt? It looks very good condition for H&M! and yes, definitely a work appropriate. I'm happy for your fabulous findings this weekend. 🙂

  5. YOU'RE ONLY SUPPOSED TO USE THE COUPON ONCE. I'M REPORTING YOU TO H&M. YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS POST DOWN YOU DIRTY STUPID SLUT. YOU'RE SO DUMB AND UGLY. SHUT DOWN YOUR BLOG ALREADY. NO ONE LIKES YOU AND YOUR FOREHEAD IS HUGE HUGE HUGE. AND YOU'RE UGLY.

  6. I believe I've seen the dress in the Bay Area, but like another commentor mentioned, it's a print material I think. It looked great online but in person, really cheap looking, so you're better off without it!

Love the blues though, your blog's been inspiring me to try more colors!

  7. Yup, I agree, I'm pretty sure that this dress is only with lace print not with actual lace:)

  8. @Christina is right. If the lace sheath dress is the same one I saw in my local store, its actually a print and not really lace. The pink was also more muted than in the pictures. It's still very pretty though.

  9. What a great color skirt! Love that bag too. I gotta get to an H&M!

  10. Your color choice is so great. I love it. You look gorgeous!

  11. Thanks! I'll try to scope it out.. they're always hard to find. I wish they had online ordering. I love your site btw! 🙂
