There are just some items that when you put on, you instantly feel good and confident in. That's how I feel in this dress.  It's not a perfect fit on the lower portion but I think I can get away with not tailoring. The hem could possibly come up maybe 1/2" but not substantial enough for me to spend $25.
The material is 100% cotton but it looks and feels more like a tweed material.  I love the neutral color and classic silhouette.  This can easily transition into Fall/Winter with tights and a darker blazer.
I will be selling these Ivanka Trump pumps for $70 + exact shipping (U.S only) if anyone is interested. I love them and they are really nice quality but the heel is much too tall for me to walk in. I love the style so much that I tracked down the black/white tweed version for only $30 and got free ship from the store to my home with the Banana Republic Luxe card.  I also ordered the zig zag lace sheath to try since I've had good luck lately with BR dresses.  I hope the pattern doesn't make me go cross eyed.
