It's probably a bit early to be planning an outfit for Valentine's day but I like to plan ahead so I am not scrambling at the last minute. My hubby and I like to celebrate Valentine's day either the day before or after February 14th. It's easier getting a reservation, you can avoid the crowds and get much better service. Thanks to Jess, I decided to put together some outfit ideas - classy /feminine, sexy/sultry and casual/chic. After taking these pics, I realized the theme is clearly blush and lace.
Coat: J.Crew - size 00P (this years version)
Shoes: Christian Louboutin Pigalle - size 35
Necklace: Pearls (similar here)
Purse: Chanel
Purse: Chanel
Sexy and Sultry
Shrug: Aqua girls cashmere - size large
Shoes: Christian Louboutin simple 100 - size 35
Tights: Frenchi - size small
This is a very sexy dress without the bolero. I feel much more comfortable when the shrug is covering me up. I feel so exposed without it.
If you are looking for something more low key and casual but still put together, here are a couple of ideas. Pairing jeans with a blazer is a quick way to look casual yet still chic.
