I adore this print tie neck navy dress so much! It’s different than my other work dresses and loving the print. The top portion was very wide so I slimmed it on both sides. The bottom half fit me perfectly. I’ve always been a fan of Banana Republic factory and most of their dresses fit me well. I know a lot of people complain about the quality of the factory products vs. the regular but I think they are stepping up their game. I’ve scored some amazing deals at the factory stores – see this recent red textured sheath dress I got for only $36. It fits me like a glove with no alterations.
I find that their factory dresses fit me best but most of their skirts run big. I hope with some consumer feedback, they will adjust accordingly.
If you don’t live near a factory store, you can always call and have the item shipped to you for a minimal fee of $5 within the U.S. They are also bringing back this tweed dress and this years version fits even better with no alterations.
Banana Republic factory black classic trench coat – size XSP (I’ll post the style # in a few days)
If you are in need of a black trench coat, this one is available for Fall at the factory stores. The smallest size they carry in this coat is an XSP. I wish they offered XXSP because it would probably fit better on me. The arms are quite long and will need to be tailored. I like the length and classic design. The quality is pretty similar to regular Banana Republic and I was pleasantly surprised. However, I would prefer the classic khaki color (like this one from the regular BR). Do you shop at Banana Republic factory? What are your thoughts on the quality and selection?

Trés chic, Annie! This dress as a top is sweet to go with this stylish skirt. The handbag and pumps are chic and sweet. The white blazer is very nice, and the coat is very charming. You look wonderful, as always.

I love this dress on you so much! I also like the tweed one you got 2 weeks ago. The black trench is gorgeous but I hope they bring back the khaki one for you. I’m looking for a classic khaki trench too since my Theory one is getting old. 🙂
