I’ve been suffering from severe allergies for the past 4 days. It’s been so bad that I can hardly pry my eyes open much less than wear eye make-up. I mustered up the energy today and snapped some pics off to get some opinions on my Chanel sunglasses and show you my pink H&M pants.  If I look sleepy or tired, it’s because I hardly have any make-up on.

Measurements:
Waist laying flat = 12″ (small waist gap in the back)
Rise = 8″
Inseam = 31″

I wanted to love these and thought I did when I first tried them on in the fitting room but after bringing them home, the fit is not good. The rise is not low enough and the material is very thin and see through. I’ve been wanting a pale pink pair of denim or casual pants but haven’t found the right one yet.

These Chanel sunglasses are the best fitting sunnies I have found yet.  What I like most about these cat eye frames is how subtle they are. Most cat eye sunglasses I have tried on are way too exaggerated.  The chain link sides are so cute and very comfortable on my ears. These are not cheap so I want to make sure I love them and they fit my face/nose before deciding to keep them. I will have to get them adjusted because they don’t sit perfectly on my nose.

What are your thoughts on my Chanel sunglasses? Keep or continue looking?

  2. Sorry sorry to hear about your allergy. It can make one feel so sick, doesn't it? No drug would curb it a little?
    The pink pants are so pale that it almost look white on my monitor. I thought you bought the same white pants that I bought. 🙂
    I like the sunnies on you. Make sure it's comfortable and doesn't fall off all the time though. Otherwise you have a good looking sunglasses that you don't reach for.
    Hope the allergy goes away quickly.

  3. I'm loving those shoes sooooo much, what a gorgeous color! I really like those pants on you too, but like everyone else I couldn't tell they weren't just white. I don't like exaggerated cat eye glasses either so I really like how subtle these are for sure 😉

  4. Oh! I forgot……you look very pretty, I wouldn't worry about a little less makeup…you certainly don't need it 😉

  5. I love how retro and classic this outfit is! The sunglasses definitely add to it. I like them!
    The pants almost look white in the photo… but I like how they fit. Although, if you don't love them, then it's not worth it 🙂 Either way, super cute outfit!!

  6. I LOVE the stripes + dots layering!!!!!! I'm pretty sure you knew I'd say that 😀 You look great in your new sunnies (all of mine slide down my nose but I just deal bc I know nosepieces put too much uncomfortable pressure on my bridge) and I'm hoping your allergies subside soon!

  7. Definitely keep the sunglasses – they frame your face perfectly, and I also like that the shape is subtle. And good luck with the quest for the perfect pastel pants!

  8. Love the blouse!

    It will mean the world to me if you will visit my blog!

  9. you look very cute and whimsical. seems like you're having a lot of fun with those sunnies, which makes them worth keeping =]

  10. Keep the sunglasses!! It's SO hard to find a pair that fits well & cat eyes that look as good as that one 🙂

  11. They look good on you! I like what youve done with your hair here and also the clean face. the stripes and polka dots looks perfect together. You are right, not very impressed with the jeans.

  12. Such a fun stripes/polka dots combo!

  13. I just found your blog, yay! It's nice to see someone smaller modelling the clothes. It's crazy that most women are under 5'4 yet the entire fashion industry caters to women far above that height. You'd think there'd be power in numbers…

    I was wondering if you could tell me about where you get bracelets or what bracelets have worked for you. I have ridiculously small wrists – about 5" diameter and I cannot buy anything. They look awful on me or just won't stay on. I tend to like fashion-y bracelets, like bangles and spiked cuffs etc. I don't really want to shell out to get a custom made fancy gold one from a jeweler :/

    Most kids bracelets are bad and I haven't found anything else that fits. Sometimes a cuff will fit but that means I'm usually pulling it beyond it's capabilities to tighten and weakening the fulcrum point.

    Any ideas? Thank you! 🙂

  14. The Chanel suunies are gorgeous! They look perfectly beautiful with your face shape. I say keep!

  15. Wow, those sunglasses are definitely a keeper! Love how you mixed polka dots with stripes!

  16. WOW! Do you really not have a lot of makeup on? You look great! I can't tell that you are tired at all. 🙂 I personally think the sunglasses look great on you! I'm sure that would suit most of your wardrobe.
