Petite Fashion Challenge #19: Trend Benders

This month's petite fashion challenge is being hosted by the lovely Pandaphilia. The challenge is:
"Trend Benders:  Pick your favourite Summer or Fall 2012 trend and make it work for you, whether it's going all-out, incorporating it into a professional outfit or using it in moderation."
I love both the polka dot and peplum trends this year. It was too difficult to decide which I prefer so I did them both.
