I’m loving the latest Banana Republic Mad Men collection. This vertical stripe dress is one of my favorites pieces and I couldn’t wait to wear it. I wasn’t able to exchange the XSP for an XXSP so I slimmed the sides. It’s not perfect but was in a rush to get this post up. I’ll have to fix it later when I have more time.
I love how simple this dress is and the cutout in the back makes it so interesting. You can wear it w/out a blazer and your hair up to show off the back for a more dressy look. I wanted to wear my hair in a bun for this post but was too lazy to attempt it.

I think the dress fits good enough after slimming (love your yellow blazer).
I tried to find the collection to try on but it’s been difficult to find a store that carries them in petites. Aside from the striped dress you’re wearing, I also like the coral shirt dress as well as the white collarless blazer.

Pretty daring dress to wear! The bright yellow blazer is a nice touch to keep things classy and chic. Nice pumps and handbag as well. And as ever, you look beautiful with your divinely lovely hairstyle and sweet smile.

how do you get your hair to look like that? i have flat vietnamese hair and it’s so hard to curl/style!
Hi Anh! I have flat Vietnamese hair too! LOL All I do is curl it with a 2″ curling iron. That’s it- no tricks or secrets 🙂
haha do a tutorial! do you curl all the way to the top of your head or just the bottom half?
It would be super short tutorial…lol I just take big chucks and curl it all the way to the top and let go. I don’t use hairspray or anything either…just comb it with my finger and that’s it 🙂
