Hi everyone! Today I’m pairing my favorite mint tulle skirt with a lace dress worn as a top. There’s something so girly about a tulle skirt and I think everyone should rock one. People always tell me that they love the idea of a tulle skirt but don’t know what to wear it with or that they can’t pull it off. I say everyone can rock a tulle skirt. Why not? I’ve worn tulle skirts to brunch, shopping and even date night. I swear I get more compliments on my tulle skirts than anything else.
This lace dress is probably one of my all time favorite dresses. I still can’t get over how perfectly it fits. The sleeves are my favorite part and am so happy that it fits my short arms. I love it to pieces and would highly recommend it! It’s now available in a bunch of new colors. You can buy it here.
This outfit pretty much sums up my style. Girly and feminine and always overdressed. I love all the textures of tulle, lace and sequins – somehow they all come together nicely.

I love how you incoporate outfits with lots of fabric, because short girls (like me) are told to shy away from a lot of fabric in case it makes us look frumpy. Such a great inspiration of stepping outside the box and completely disregard rules (in a good way!).

This outfit is SO lovely! I was wondering how you get your tulle skirt to lay so straight and perfect? Does it bunch up throughout the day or stay laying flat?
